We have various different packages available based upon each Individual clients needs

Packages include

• Tenant Find Only Service
  We advertise the property, accompany prospective tenants on viewings and source the correct references. We charge a set up for finding the tenant, assisting you with property preparations, interviewing tenants, drawing up the necessary agreements and preparing the inventory.

• Rent collection

Rent Collection service is an ideal option for landlords who’d like to manage the property themselves but don't want the hassle of collecting rent, chasing overdue payments, or finding tenants.

• Fully managed

A full management service provides exactly what the name suggests – everything you need to ensure that your property is managed effectively. This includes vetting potential tenants through a referencing agency and ensuring that they have the right to rent in line with legislation.

The security deposit will be collected and utilities will be arranged so that these are correct for each new tenant. Rent payments will be taken each month, and any maintenance issues with the property will be dealt with by the lettings agent.

Property checks/inspections are carried out two times a year, and you’ll be provided with a report detailing its condition.
